A missionary Doctor

Praise God, The Most High, who has given us the grace to know him through his son Jesus Christ, who is a hope of salvation to those who believe in Him.
My name is Milton Muhire, a medical intern that got a golden opportunity to go through Global Link Africa, Missions Training in 2024 and 2025. I want to thank God that enabled the management of Global Link Afrika to make me go through this impactful training both through Explore Missions Training and in the two Mission Fields.
I got to know about GLA through a friend and a former school mate that had already done one year of missions’ internship training with GLA. She first told me about the missionary agency when I had just finished school by the end of 2023.
At first I never picked interest because however much she would explain how good it is to serve with GLA, I did not believe her. The more she kept insisting I had to feel like trying it to discover by myself all she was telling me.
In the field; I served in Arua District, at Kuluva hospital and in Kabarole District, KIDA Hospital, as a pre-intern medical officer.

In both placements, I had very good time in the field, had to improve on my professional skills and work and above all I preached the word of God to the people in the community around. I made many friends with whom we used to do bible studies and one-on-one bible discussions. I thank God for that.
Global link Afrika is a place for impactful spiritual growth where by everyone that passes through it gets to grow in the knowledge of the word. Personally, a lot has changed ever since I joined since I was taught how to read and interpret the bible well which has engineered my spiritual transformation.
